Frequently asked questions
Our turnaround time varies depending on order volume and flower types. On average, anticipate a 3 month turnaround time, but please note that this is an approximate timeline. Each bouquet dries or presses for at least 4-6 weeks before moving to the next step in our process. This ensures there is no moisture left in the flowers, preventing any rot inside the resin or frame. This careful process can't be sped up, as it guarantees the longevity and minimal fading of your preserved bouquet. Consequently, we invest substantial time and care into every order, and as a result, the process cannot be expedited, but the end result will undoubtedly be well worth the wait.
Certainly! Although, we cannot accept flowers with mold, moisture, dust, or hairs on them. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us photos at info@everafterbloom.com.
This depends on what size block you choose and the size of your bouquet. We will email you a design and can always upgrade to a larger mold or add-on pieces if you have leftover blooms.
Of course – we’ll send you a design proof for approval before proceeding to pour the resin.
During the process, your bouquet may undergo changes. White flowers can develop off-white or yellow colouring, deep colours tend to go darker, tropical flowers may brown and petals may get translucent spots where they have been touched that are only visible after preserving. Our team are well equipped to get the best out of your flowers in the most natural way.
Each piece should be handled with care. Avoid direct sunlight for optimal protection, sharp objects and occasionally wipe it down with a lint-free cloth.
During the preservation process, color changes may occur, and handling spots may become visible once the flowers are dried. Pressed flowers will naturally fade over time, but our techniques prevent premature fading. Resin may develop an amber hue over time; we use resin with UV inhibitors to delay this. To prevent yellowing or further fading, keep your product out of direct sunlight.
